You can schedule a one-time or repeating transfer between your external and your eligible WaMu accounts after the initial external account set-up and verification process is completed. After you’ve set-up an external account, the account will automatically appear in the drop-down menu as an eligible accounts in Transfer Funds feature. To conduct an external transfer, log in to online banking at wamu.com and select Make a Transfer from the Transfer Funds menu. Complete the required fields and click Next to confirm your request. If all information is correct, click Transfer Funds to complete the transfer. You may schedule your external transfer to initiate no earlier than three days from the date that you set up the transfer. When the scheduled date arrives, we will initiate the transfer and will process it through an ACH (Automated Clearing House) transaction.
