How do I transfer money between different accounts (Cross-Member Transfers)?
To transfer between member’s accounts (cross-member transfers) you need to select the “Transfers” option under the “Account Services” tab. Once on the “Transfers” screen you need to select which account you want to transfer from. Then, you need to select which account you want to transfer to. The “Transfer To” drop down menu should have your accounts showing your member number and available balance while the other accounts should just show the member number. Select which account you want to transfer to and then the amount you want to transfer. Finally, you click on “continue” and then “continue” again to finalize the transfer. NOTE: Your account must be setup to make cross-member transfers. You are only able to transfer money to other accounts, not from.
