How do I transfer from Ivy Tech to another four-year school?
Ivy Tech is a fully accredited community college, and offers a wide variety of courses that transfer to four-year colleges and universities. Typically, the Office of Admissions at the four-year school where you intend to transfer will determine which Ivy Tech credits will be accepted. It is highly recommended that you meet with your Ivy Tech academic advisor early in your first year to create an educational plan for transfer. A “Course Transfer List”, which provides a complete list of courses that transfer to public colleges and universities in Indiana, is available for download from the Transfer Center web page, or for pickup from the Office of Student Affairs, Room C105, on the Ivy Tech Bloomington campus.
