First you have to export your mail addresses to a text file. In Excel this is done by choosing File – Save As and then saving the file using the type “Text (Tab delimited)”. Then you can import this file by choosing File – Mailing List – Import in MultiMailer. In the import guide, check the “There is only one field (column) in the file” option. This because your Excel document only contain e-mail addresses and no other fields.
