I think in order to transfer a program from one PC to another via USB, the program itself needs to be a standalone program (works without being installed). Otherwise, you need the installation/setup files, which may or may not be in the program’s directory. So, assuming it’s a standalone program, find it on your hard drive by right clicking its shortcut icon and then left clicking on “Open File Location”. Copy everything in the folder to your USB drive. If you got the program off the Internet, look for the original in your download folder (if you have one) Copy that file onto your USB drive.
