If your prescription is at an outside pharmacy you can: Fill out the Prescription Transfer Form completely and either fax it (458-8294) or drop it off at the pharmacy. Or you can call the pharmacy at 458-8292 and have an employee fill out the form for you over the phone. If your prescription is at Beutel Pharmacy you can: Call the pharmacy that you want to fill your prescription and give them our direct phone number (458-8292) and any pertinent information (RX number, name of drug, etc.) they may need. They will call us and transfer the prescription out for you.
