How do i tone up my thighs and bum?
Hello Laura! I have bigger bum too, my figure is more on lower extremities. Here’s what I did to tone it (it worked for me) >leg raise – my body is in a push up position and I raise my leg repeatedly. Depending on when I would feel tired, that’s when I stop… you can also do this while lying down in your bed (sideways) >Squat (very effective) >grind! ahaha. this is what i love most! When I dance, i make it a point to grind. It’s a good exercise for the butt and the legs >diet! since when I get fat, it’s always my butt or legs that’s always the first to get big, I am always conscious with what I eat ciao!
