Hotel Reservation survey is a tool under TeamMinders Sports Management Software to collect hotel requirements for overnight stays and expeditiously reserve hotel rooms. After confirming that responses from all contacts have been received, a team sport manager or a team sport coach prints the response by clicking Print on the Reservations page under TeamMinders Sports Management Software. He/she then gathers credit card information from the contacts. Once this information is manually added to the printed response, the manager faxes the information to the hotel. If the contacts so desire, they may provide the credit card information directly to the hotel.
