How do I temporarily stop messages or permanently quit a group?
A. To temporarily stop receiving messages from all groups, send a text message with the word “on” or “off” to 161 (the Upoc short code). “Off” will stop all of your Upoc messages. “On” will allow you to resume receiving your Upoc messages. To permanently remove yourself from a group using your phone, reply to the group using “quit” or send “quit” to the group shortcut.
