How do I temporarily stop getting email from the forum or change to digest mode?
Well done to you if you thought of this before shooting off on that extended vacation or business trip. Please read the next answer also. First, you must have a Yahoo! ID and password and that account must be associated with this list. See above for how to do this. Next, log in to Yahoo! Groups with your Yahoo! ID and password. Once logged in click on ‘My Groups’, find the link for the group ‘cisspforum’ and click on it. Then click on ‘Edit My Membership’ near the upper right part of the page. You will see a list of options. DO NOT UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE GROUP! It’s a pain to have to sign-up again later. Rather, look for the section ‘Message Delivery’. In this section select ‘No Email’ or ‘Digest’ (send the whole day’s messages as one message) and click on the ‘Save Changes’ button at the bottom of the page. To start receiving email again, get back to the options page but select ‘Individual emails’ instead. Don’t forget to click on the ‘Save Changes’ button.
