When choosing a home audio hypnosis program, make sure a licensed hypnotherapist designed the product (though licensing requirements for hypnotherapists vary from state to state, and are often not very strict). One thing to look for is membership in either the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH) or the Society of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis (SCEH).
