There are several tell-tale signs to differentiate between swarming termites and swarming (or flying) ants. Termite bodies are one piece where ant bodies are segmented with a “waist”. Termite antennae are straight and ants’ are elbowed. Finally, termite wings are all one length where ant’s wings will be different lengths.
