How do I tell my parents that I am pregnant with third child without them flipping out?
Call your mom and say…. “Mom, I’ve got some great news – ‘Bob’ and I are going to have another baby! I’m so exicted!!” If she is an idiot enough to jump all over you after that – tell her you have to run because the 5 year old needs your help. Then just do not discuss it with her – the topic is simply off limits until she warms up to the idea. Hopefully she’ll catch the clues you throw her way and simply be happy for you.
you are a married woman and an adult. no matter how many kids you and your husband have your family should be happy and they are just gonna have to except it. make sure when you tell them say first that you have WONDERFUL news, make it out to be a great thing and not something you are afraid to tell them. tell them before your son’s party, and that way if they are weird about it and the subject comes up at the party and they see how everyone else is happy and excited then they will see its a wonderful thing.
