how do i tell my brother in-law that his son has fetal alcohol syndrome. he acts like nothing is wrong but you can see his son dose have f.a.s. i feel that he has it because i grew up with my little sister who has f.a.s. as well as when he came with my son and i to my son doctor. he had told me he might need to be checked out.
