There are several ways to get your Card balance. Each time you use your Card you will hear your balance before you are connected to the number. You can check your balance online with our Account Balance Tool at the Virtual AT&T Global PrePaid Card site or you can dial the toll-free Dial Number on your Card and choose the option for Special Services. Then select the option for Card Balance. Lastly, you can call the Customer Service number on your Card and select Card Balance.
