How do I target a particular raid icon (lucky charm)?
You don’t. The raid icons do not have units associated with them so there is no way to target them. This is intentional as having arbitrary units like that would provide an easy way to automate many aspects of gameplay. Even though a script can discover the icons by scanning through the targets of people in your raid, they can’t act on that information by targeting or otherwise affecting combat in any way.
