If you need to take the placement exam for math or modern languages, follow the links below: Math Placement /Testing • Minnesota State Mankato requires that all students registering for MATH 112 (College Algebra) or higher must complete the Accuplacer Math Placement Test, or have an official ACT math subscore of 19 or higher. • Students who need to take the Accuplacer Math Placement Test should contact the Center for Academic Success at 507-389-1791 to make an appointment. Online language placement (Spanish or German) • Students wishing to enroll in Spanish or German classes, who have previous foreign language experience need to take the placement exam to determine their current language level.
