How do I take the DLPT and obtain Orders for Foreign Language Proficiency Bonus?
Contact the Student Detachment and speak with Mr. Fayard. Inform him where you will be taking the DLPT, a POC there, along with their phone number and a FAX number, and the language(s) you will be taking. A DA-4187 will be prepared and faxed or mailed to the site and a copy e-mailed to you. Upon completetion of the DLPT, once graded the DA-330 will be forwarded back to the Student Detachment. We will then prepare, sign, and forward to Finance a copy of the orders and a copy will be E-Mailed to you.
