FrameShots does not natively support Real Media movies. However, because FrameShots utilizes DirectShow (a feature of DirectX that allows software to play videos), installing DirectShow filters for Real Media will in theory will enable FrameShots to load these types of files. Note: The following DirectShow filters are not supported by EOF Productions. Download, install, and use at your own risk. Real Alternative will allow you to take snapshots of Real Media files: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Real_Alternative.
