You should follow the directions on the back of each individual bottle. We recommend that you start by taking 1 capsule of DEEP fatburner 1 to 2 times daily (morning and afternoon) with food and at least 8 oz of water. The Psyllium.Ext can be taken twice daily with 8oz water. If necessary, you may increase your dosage by 1 tablet per day until desired colon cleansing results are reached, or as directed by a health care provider. Do not exceed 8 tablets in one day. Consuming plenty of water is extremely important when taking Psyllium.Ext.
