Sure, just go to File-> Export and change the format to Adobe PDF, then click save. To my knowledge, you can’t save InDesign files as .tifs, but you can always export your InDesign file as a pdf, jpeg, eps, etc. and open it up in Photoshop (then save as a tif). Hope this helps!
