How do I synchronize mail data (emails, contacts, calendar items) in my Mail for Exchange (MfE) Client?
The following lists the three ways to synchronize your emails, contacts, and calendar items within the Mail for Exchange client: • After installing the MfE client, a mail profile wizard will setup your Exchange profile on your device and your first full synchronization will occur. By default, Always On, will be the synchronization schedule and you will synchronize automatically when new mail data (emails, contacts, calendar items) is created or sent from the Exchange server or from your device. • Additionally, you can change synchronization to a timed interval and your device will synchronize on that time value. (For example, every 1 hour). • Press Menu • Select Applications or Installations or MfE (depending on your device) • Select Mail for Exchange • Select Options, Edit profile • Select Sync schedule • Select Peak Sync Schedule • Select the time interval you want the synchronization to occur • Lastly, you can change the schedule to Manual which will require you to manually synchron
