Your BlackBerry Internet Service enables you to synchronise your BlackBerry address book, tasks, memos and calendar with Microsoft Outlook 2000 or later. To allow you to do this you will need to install the BlackBerry Desktop Manager that came on a CD with your BlackBerry device. To load Desktop Manager you should run the BlackBerry Desktop Manager CD and an Install Wizard will then take you through the installation process. Please ensure that during the install process you choose the option to load the BlackBerry Internet Service Desktop Manager and not the option for BlackBerry Enterprise Server or BlackBerry Desktop Redirector.
