How do I synchronise mCommerce on my phone for the first time?
After activating your eTranzact card, (See FAQs on Activating Your Card),and downloading the application on your phone, you synchronise your card to your phone by keying in the following information: • Phone number;(i.e. the number you are using) • Card number (i.e. eTranzact card no which will be the Default card on your profile recognised by the mCommerce application); • Card PIN; • Expiry date (eTranzact card-MMYYYY) e.g.: 052010 • Account type (select current or savings • Network Provider (Glo, MTN, Zain, etc) • Enter Memorable Word (this security feature is used to login to the mCommerce application anytime you launch it. A successful synchronisation will return the message: ‘Congratulations, your profile was synchronised’.
