How do I suppress the Next/Previous navigation bar when splitting a large document?
Prior to version 4 there was a bug which meant the policy “Add navigation bar” was being ignored when splitting files (the only time it was used). This is now fixed. However also available in version 4 is a new “HTML fragments” feature that allows you to customize some of the HTML generated by the software. This includes the navigation bars so that, for example, if you wanted to suppress just the top navigation bar, you could define the fragment NAVBAR_TOP to be empty.
