E-mail or call Customer Service at 800 333 3070. Please note that 12-month Mercer BenefitsMonitor subscriptions are available exclusively to participants in Mercer’s Benefits Valuation Survey. If you are not a current participant, you will be asked to submit your benefit survey data. After your survey information is processed and added to the online database, you will be notified that your subscription is ready.
