The fastest way to get service is to contact the Grades Help Desk at (619) 594-2134 Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or the Rosters Help Desk at (619) 594-8000 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Or, feedback can be submitted via the “Comments” link at the bottom of any WebGrades page.
