Two sets of building plans should be submitted to a member of the ACC (members are listed at www.GlenMoorCivicAssoc.com/committees – click here). Plans should include information like detailed measurements, distances from lot lines, types of materials used, and a plot plan indicating the location of the addition or fence in relation to the existing house. Click here for a checklist to use when submitting plans to the ACC. The ACC will respond, in writing, within 30 days.
