How do I submit comments to DOT on proposed rules?
We prefer that comments be submitted electronically. It is easier for us to enter them in the docket that way. It is also easier for us and the public to search the documents for information. In addition, it will make it easier to use computer software to help us and the public sort through comments, organize the comments by subject, and do other things that allow more effective use of the comments.
