How do I submit claims electronically to HealthChoice?
Electronic claims can be submitted through your claims clearing house by using payer ID number 22521. This number identifies EDS Administrative Services as the HealthChoice claims administrator. Claims can also be uploaded directly to the EDS system using the standard 837 HIPAA compliant format.
