How do I submit additional information, such as a formula or organic certifications, with my COLA eApplication?

Any additional information submitted must be scanned into a file, saved and uploaded using the “upload other attachments” option in Step 3 of the application process. Acceptable file types include: .doc, .txt, .pdf, .jpg and .tif. You can attach up to 10 files but each file must not exceed 450 KB.
