How do I submit a “no bid” on a bid / solicitation / RFP?
If you were emailed a bid alert notification, and you want to place a no bid, then that email contains a direct link to a no bid page. Look for a section in the email entitled: —-> PLACE A NO BID If you received the bid by any other means (i.e. downloaded it from the AZPurchasing.org current bids page, received it by mail from the school district, or other means) then see the bid document(s) for a no bid form that typically can be faxed back to the school district.

See more details in FAQ # 20. On the new “Your Bid List” page you can access a section called “Your Bid Email Alerts” that contains all open bids for which you were emailed bid alerts. If you want to place a “no bid” for one of these bids, you simply click the magnifying glass icon for that bid on “Your Bid List” page, and you will be able to place a “no bid” for it. Then, you will not have to worry about finding the correct email for that bid to click the “no bid” link as noted above.
