How do I submit a Knowledge Base article for publishing?
Once you have finished editing an article, you must first “Submit” it for review. This marks the article so that our Technical Support team can review your article’s content prior to accepting it for publishing (usually within two business days). If there are any corrections needed prior to the article being published, Technical Support will contact you to make the necessary changes. Once your article has been approved by Technical Support for publishing, it will be set to the Published state and will then be available for public access.
