How do I submit a claim for damaged and/or defective product?
All claims should be submitted in writing with a detailed explanation of the problem. If possible, please send a sample of the fabric and/or wallcoverings in question. Always include your account number, account name, reference/order number, contact name and telephone number. If you need further assistance, please contact the Claims Department at 800-523-1200.
