How do I store the oligo set that I have received in lyophilized condition?

A. The oligos that you have received in lyophilized condition are very stable at room temperature, but for long-term storage you should store the oligo set at -20C. To use the oligoset, the oligos have to be dissolved in spotting buffer of your choice and should be stored at -20C and thawed only for spotting. If you use a salt based spotting buffer without DMSO, it is always advisable to eventually dry down the oligos after every few runs (or even each run) and re-suspend in water (not buffer) again to compensate for evaporation effects that happen unevenly over the plates.
