How do I stop Windows startup programs?
Windows 7/VistaClick the “Start” button. In the “Search Programs and Files” search bar, enter “msconfig” (without the quotes) and click the “msconfig” search result above. The System Configuration Utility window will open. Click the “Startup” button on the far right. Deselect the programs that you want to remove from the startup process.
