How do I stop the electronic transfer or direct deposit of my monthly benefit payment and have the payment sent to my home?
Notify PSERS in a letter stating you wish to stop your check from being sent to your financial institution and ask that the payment be sent to your home address. Provide your home address, signature and social security number in the letter as well. Any changes to your payment’s mailing or wire transfer must be received at PSERS by the 4th of the month for it to affect the payment going out at the end of the same month.
