To remove the automatic load of Change Server—Citrix Neighborhood Agent on boot, right click on START and select EXPLORE. Click to expand local disk C —> click to expand Documents and Settings —> click to expand All Users —> click to expand Start Menu —> click to expand Programs —> click to expand Startup —> delete Program Neighborhood Agent. If write protected please commit changes!
