If you do not wish to receive e-mail notifications when your PMR is updated by an IBM representative, log in to ESR / SR and update your e-mail notification preferences by selecting My profile for Electronic Service Request located at the left of the ESR / SR page and updating your profile accordingly. You can contact the ESR / SR Help Desk for further assistance.
