How do I stop phone calls from the creditors or collectors?
Cease and desist letters are very effective at stopping phone calls from creditors, however, we request that our clients accept these phone calls from third party debt collectors in order to enhance the strength of any state or federal consumer protection claims that we can identify against these collectors. We ask that our clients keep an accurate call statement and call log of these calls (forms will be provided) and to record (when legally allowed by state law) any and all calls and to send them on to the CCDN support team when requested.
