You can purchase a small bottle of anti fog ( $4) that will work. You can find it at any dive shop or swimmer supply. You only need a single drop for each lens, rub it around with your finger, rinse and you’re good for most of the day. That bottle will last you for years. If these goggles are new, you’ll find there’s a chemical film applied to the inside of each lens by the manufacturer. That needs to come off or whatever you eventually decide to use to stop fog ups won’t work. Use some ordinary toothpaste that contains grit, rub a little on the inside of each lens and rinse it off You really shouldn’t use spit. Not only doesn’t it last as long as antifog but it contains bacteria that your eyeballs aren’t going to like much. It’s quite possible to get an eye infection. Contrary to what others have posted here, no, most professional divers do not use spit unless they can’t find their antifog in their kit. It’s a method of last resort.
