How do I stop my 7 year old swallowing her toothpaste while brushing her teeth?
when you brush your teeth with her, show her and then make her show you how to do it, i would recommend to just put water on the toothbrush first and then get toothpaste without any fluoride in it so she doesnt get fluorosis, toms of maine have a great natural toothpaste, but also just also show them how it is done and then then should get the hang of it.
