How do I stop messages from going to the Junk Folder in Webmail?
With any messages in your Junk folder, place a check mark in the in the square to the right of the messageyou want to mark as not Spam. Then, click on the Spam button in the top right of the screen. This move the message to your Inbox, and will allow the sender’s address to be recognized in the future and have mail from them be delivered into your Inbox. You may also use this same process while in the message. You can also move a message from the Junk folder by selecting the message and choosing the “Not Spam – Move to Inbox” option from the Move drop down menu.
