How do I stop getting cancelled checks returned in my paper checking statement?
To avoid the $3 monthly fee, you may want to stop receiving cancelled checks with your paper checking statement. Go to the Customer Service tab and select the View/Edit Paperless Settings link. From here, click on the Go Paperless/Change Settings link, select the By Mail radio button, and then select either Bank retains checks or Check images.
