How do I stop getting canceled checks returned in my paper checking statement?
In order to avoid the $3 monthly fee, you may want to stop receiving canceled checks with your paper checking statement. Go to the Customer Service tab and select the Change delivery method of your statements and canceled checks link. From here, click on the View options link, select the Paper statements radio button, and then select either Bank retains checks or Check images.
