How do I stop expressing milk without getting mastitis?

There used to be a pill used by women who didn’t want to breastfeed in order to ‘dry up’ the supply, I don’t know if this is still available. If you stop expressing, your milk supply should dry up in around 3 days – they will be sore in the meantime as you breast first have to fill, then when your body realises you aren’t using the milk in the way it wants you to it will be reabsorbed into the body. Or you could just breastfeed and cut the number of feeds down by one a day, thus making it more gradual and less stressful on your body.
