How do i stop breast feeding my 10 month old baby?
just try and cut the feeds down to 3 a day maybe cutting out one of the middle of the day ones , give baby a drink of water or baby juice instead before a nap, when bubba has accepted this ( few days maybe a week) cut out another , try and make the night time one the last to go as you can probably still do this while you are working if needs be, as your breasts will only make the milk that the baby actually drinks so the will be used to having milk in at a certain time of day OR just wean the morning feeds and evening feeds onto baby formula after cutting out the daytime feeds….
