How do I stop binge eating and solve this hell?
I don’t know how to stop your binge eating, but as far as slimming down is concerned … EXERCISE! EXERCISE! EXERCISE! I had an operation, was out of action for a few weeks, and put on a load of weight. I went to the gym for a few months, slowly building up to the point where I can do a pretty intensive workout for an hour or more every day, using up about 500-700 Calories a session … and the weight just slides off. It gets easier over time, as your muscles toughen up and the weight starts to drop. I’m also vegetarian, which probably helps – and I resist things like chocolate, too many pastries, etc (just now and again). But like I said … exercise is the key (at least for me). One other thing – don’t get depressed … if you do exercise properly, the weight will eventually start to go. But don’t check every single day – have confidence over the long term, and you’ll be happily surprised. Good luck!
