How do I start using the eCollege tools for my course?
STEP 1: • Go to http://ecompanion.rutgers.edu • Login with your Rutgers NetId. • Confirm the information on your account page. • Choose a training session (highly recommended). • Fill out a quick survey. • Receive a confirmation number. • Check your email for your eCollege Credentials • Wait for your training day to arrive. STEP 2: • Come to Davidson for training. • Learn how to customize your first shell. • Meet the people who will help you with enrollment issues. • Go home and customize your new template shell. STEP 3: • Go to http://ecompanion.rutgers.edu • Login with your Rutgers NetId. • On your request site home page, make a new request by doing the following: • Check the boxes for eCompanion, Single, and Copy and choose submit. • Find your template name, check the box, and choose submit. • Enter your regindex number (ex. 12345) and choose submit. • Confirm the request • We will process your request (within 24-72 hours) and alert you by email when your shell is online and student
