How do I start using Bill Payment once Ive activated?
To start using Bill Payment: • Sign on to your Online Banking account* • Click the Pay Bills & Send Money tab • To add a payee (the biller or individual to whom you want to send money) click Add a Payee • Once you’ve added a payee, click Make PaymentsMake sure you have copies of your bills to assist you with setting up new payees. *If you forgot your User ID or Password, please call us 24-hours a day at 1-800-236-9265.
